The Human Prototype Lab has been founded for community on the principle of existential wellness through connection, creativity, and education. Based in The Hague, Netherlands, and established in 2025 by J.W. Nadolski, the lab serves as a dynamic crossroads for entrepreneurial minds.

J.W. brings a unique synthesis of expertise as an experienced artist, a creative coach for both business teams and individuals, a motivational speaker, and an events expert. This background is deepened by graduate studies in organizational development and brand ethics, and a history of dedication to social well-being as the co-founder of Artists for Global Welfare, a non-profit organization that partnered local artists with community organizations to amplify initiatives through live events and panels.

This experience directly informs the lab's model: a collaborative platform where entrepreneurs from across the country converge to cohost workshops and events designed to educate and inspire. We move beyond theory, creating hands-on experiences that forge meaningful connections and unlock creative potential.
